investigation JCI)杂志主编）最近发现中国杭州师范大学薛树仁、上海复星医
" r& ?- T" i, p, V药公司Yu Xue、复旦大学上海医学院Rong Xue等剽窃该所2001年在Circulation
杂志上的论文，于2007年3月在国际心血管杂志发表。令人气愤和发指的是，薛
等竟然完全抄袭论文，连插图都几乎未做修改。以下是Andrew R. Marks给国际
心血管杂志主编的投诉信，附带两篇论文。

116, pages 231-235 (attached) is a blatant and outrageous plagiarism
of a paper from my lab (also attached) published in Circulation in
( B1 z& B; P8 I# [2001.
+ p8 @4 F- f! V2 rThe figure in the Xue et al paper was copied from my paper!  Much of
the text was also copied.
! o7 q2 i; ~+ i) a8 z* D& V( `I leave it to you to decide how to handle this situation but at the
1 h1 T' e9 I5 G; U* ?1 ]* mvery least I would expect the paper to be retracted, and the deans at
the authors' institutions contacted to report this blatant fraud.  I
1 n  o0 Y  D3 H% s! cam happy to say that in my five years as editor of the JCI I never
saw such an outrageous incident!
